It has been acquired by Harbourfront Wealth Management, a prominent independent wealth management firm based in Vancouver. This acquisition included Rothenberg & Rothenberg Annuities, which specialized in life insurance and annuities. Harbourfront Wealth Management operates over 30 advisory branches across Canada and has expanded into the U.S. as Harbourfront Wealth America. Following the acquisition, Harbourfront's assets under administration have reached approximately CAD$8 billion. The firm offers a wide range of wealth solutions, including back-tested portfolio construction, trusts and estate preservation, risk management, and pension-style asset management. The acquisition is expected to enhance services for clients in Quebec and Alberta.
