Rock The Street, Wall Street (RTSWS) is a nonprofit organization based in Nashville, Tennessee, founded in 2013. It focuses on empowering high school girls and university women from diverse backgrounds through financial and investment literacy programs. RTSWS aims to bridge gender and racial equity gaps in finance by integrating mathematics in STEM education with practical financial applications. The organization serves underrepresented groups, with a significant portion of its students coming from BIPOC populations and low-income households. RTSWS operates in over 30 cities across the U.S., U.K., and Canada, offering both in-person and digital programs. Its initiatives include classroom workshops, office field trips, and mentorship pairings, all designed to enhance financial literacy and career readiness. RTSWS collaborates with more than 60 financial firms to provide students with access to industry role models and career opportunities, emphasizing the importance of female representation in finance.
