The bank was established in accordance with the Treaty on the establishment and operation of 20.07.1993, and registered with the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, 18.03.1994, registration number 2755, in the form of a limited liability partnership with the full name "National Space Bank" (limited liability company) and abbreviated name - JSC "NKsB." The Bank is the successor of the "National Bank Space" (limited liability company) in all of its obligations in respect of all of its creditors and debtors, including those contested by the parties.
