MBI was created in 1998. The year 2001 began operating as broker-dealer in the Chilean Electronic Stock Exchange in April 2009 and expanded its scope of operations to enter the Santiago Stock Exchange. We are currently the third non-bank brokerage in terms of assets. In 2003 born the Fund Administrator , placing our first public fund Chilean Stocks in late 2004 (MBI Arbitrage). In 2008 we placed our first Absolute Return fund in pesos (MBI Plus Fixed Income) and the following year put our Absolute Return fund in dollars (MBI Plus Fixed Income Dollar). In 2009 we also began our Service Portfolio Management and Family Office. In 2010 we launched our first fund Global Equity (MBI Global).
