As Kuwait's second national airline, Jazeera Airways plays a significant role in passenger traffic at Kuwait International Airport. In 2018, the airline opened Terminal 5, the first privately owned terminal in the Middle East, which offers dedicated check-in facilities and retail spaces for its passengers.
