Investment Bank of Iraq is private shareholding company, established in 1993 and entered into companyAos registrar under No. 5236 dated 13/7/1993 by department of companies register in the Ministry of Commerce with capital of 100 million Iraqi Dinars according to the rules of companies law No. 36 dated 1983 (Amended). The aforesaid company exercised its banking activities, investment and finance under patronage and censorship of Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) pursuant to provision of act No.64 for the year 1976 amended and its appended promulgated instruction .license No. B.A/3/942/5 dated 28/9/1993.
