The Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership (INHP) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1988, focused on increasing affordable and sustainable housing opportunities in Marion County, Indiana. As a leading resource for homeownership, INHP enhances the quality of life in Indianapolis neighborhoods by offering comprehensive services to support low- and moderate-income individuals and families in achieving homeownership. INHP provides a variety of services, including HUD-certified homebuyer education, financial counseling, and mortgage advising. They facilitate access to affordable mortgage products and home repair loans, helping homeowners maintain and improve their properties. INHP also engages in community development initiatives, such as land banking and grant making, to support neighborhood revitalization. Through partnerships with various stakeholders, INHP has positively impacted over 42,000 individuals and financed more than $678 million in mortgages, contributing to the development of nearly 3,000 affordable housing units in the area.
