It also operates the InnoCentre for design enterprises, industrial estates in various locations, and a Technology Incubation Programme that supports early-stage startups. The HKSTP Venture Fund nurtures tech startups, while InnoHK focuses on research clusters in health and AI. Additionally, the STP Platform offers a one-stop simulation and testing service for various industries. Through these initiatives, HKSTP promotes talent development and sustainability, contributing to Hong Kong's goal of achieving net-zero emissions by 2045.
