Goyang City is the second most populous local government in the country and Korea's MICE and tourism hub. The area, including KINTEX and neighboring areas that play a major role in the MICE industry, will become one of the renowned international tourist zone. Goyang City's major tourism festivals include the Goyang International Flower Fair, Lake Art Festival, and Haengju Art Ya. The Haengju Mountain Night Opening Festival "Haengju Art ya" was selected as one of the top 100 night tours by the Korea Tourism Organization.
