First Securities Brokerage Company K.S.C.C., known as Oula Wasata, is a Kuwaiti closed shareholding company established in October 1985. It is licensed to conduct brokerage activities in Boursa Kuwait and other Arab and international markets. The company is regulated by the Capital Markets Authority and was one of the first licensed for brokerage in Boursa Kuwait. In 2008, Global Investment House acquired a majority stake, and following a merger in 2019, Kamco Investment Company became the major shareholder. Oula Wasata provides a variety of brokerage services for retail and corporate clients. It offers electronic trading through smartphone applications and its platform, enabling access to regional markets. The company facilitates trading in stocks listed in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, and Oman. Oula Wasata also has a wholly-owned subsidiary in Jordan, known as Global Investment House JSC.
