It focuses on six priority niches: corporate treasury and shared service centers, financial technology (fintech), fund services, international private banking, capital markets human resources, and human resources. The organization plays a significant role in developing Estonia's fintech ecosystem through working groups that address various industry developments and regulatory improvements.
