Constanta County Council from Romania is the local public administration authority, established in June 1992, that coordinates the activities of all commune, city and town councils for the supply of public services of county interest. The institution has implemented a considerable number of projects on various lines of financing, with regional and crossborder cooperation that demonstrate its experience in carrying out activities aimed at protecting the natural and cultural heritage and supporting the partner institutions in the tourism, social and medical domains.
