Bank Maskan is a government owned company which was incorporated based on the legal bill related to banks affairs administration, passed on 25th September, 1979 by Islamic revolution council and the act approved on 17th October , 1979 by General Assembly of Banks and is administered according to regulations mentioned in this charter.
